Giving Something Back
Each year employees get to nominate and vote for their favourite local charities.
We have an award-winning Workplace Giving Program which both our employees and the Company generously donate to.
In 2020, we raised $50,000 for the RFS towards their bushfire appeal along with another $40,000 split between Soul Café, Got Your Back Sister, Carrie’s Place and Headspace and $60,000 to the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service.
Each year employees get to nominate and vote for their favourite local charities and since its inception, the Workplace Giving Program has donated more than $2 million to local charities in our community.
In 2024, the Workplace Giving Fund raised $144,000. $80,000 was donated to the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service and the rest was split between the following charities that were chosen by our employees:

- Dog Rescue Newcastle
