Our Women @TAC Committee was established in July 2023 and continues to be a successful initiative. Monthly meetings take place onsite, where we welcome all women from across our business to join the supportive and empowering community.
The committee provides a platform for connection, exchanging ideas and voicing areas of opportunity for women in the industry. Our main goal is to promote diversity and inclusion within our TAC community.
Following our successful launch, Women @TAC held its sixth meeting yesterday, where we welcomed new participants.
Attendees shared their motivations for joining TAC and staying engaged, and we discussed strategies to attract, engage and grow careers for Women at TAC.
