We’re excited to welcome our 2025 apprentices to the Tomago Aluminium team! This year’s intake is the result of an exceptionally competitive recruitment process, and over 350 applications. The calibre of candidates was incredibly high, and we are equally pleased to report that 18% of applicants were female demonstrating the increasing interest and talent from women in trades. Among the successful candidates, we have three females, highlighting the quality and diversity of this year’s cohort.

Our 2025 apprentices include:

  • Mechanical Apprentices: Cody Keeping, Declan Lowndes, Hayley Lofrida, and Isaac Sharp.
  • Electrical Apprentices: Claire Ramplin-O’Hearn, Flyn Kennedy, Sienna Mullen, and Will Frost.

Over the next four years, our apprentices will gain valuable experience across all departments at Tomago, working closely under the supervision of Steve Ott and Tim Bolam. Through 3–6-month rotations in each department and one day per week at TAFE, they will build the skills and knowledge needed for a rewarding career in the industry.

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Cody, Declan, Hayley, Isaac, Claire, Flyn, Sienna, and Will.
