Our Carbon Operations & Site Technical Manager, Magali Gendre, facilitated an important event last week with Engineers Australia, focusing on Challenging Unconscious Bias.

As a sponsor of the event, Tomago Aluminium supported the session, which was attended by several of our female employees. The aim was to equip participants with the tools to identify and challenge unconscious biases—hidden, automatic judgments that can influence decision-making, team dynamics, and workplace culture.
